Those who hold to the atheistic position actually do live out their lives as if theistic principles were operative as you point out in Paragraph II, whether they will admit it or not (and they do not admit it!) Their actual behavior is in direct opposition to their "life principle" of atheism. Because they have no basis in reality for their arguments, we then see personal attacks coming forth such as the accusation of believing in a "magic god fairy." Thank you for the excellent post. "Atheism destroys the basis of morality" is the huge one to me. Why is there right and wrong? It only makes sense in light of our Lord's unchanging law written on man's heart at creation. And as you point out, what hopelessness there is in atheism. But what a "blessed hope" we have to look forward to in Christ. Great post, Dr. Gonzales.
